Q: Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
A: All Tidal Wave events are age 21+. Please be sure to have your ID at all times.
Q: Are pool passes included with the hotel rooms.
A: No, everyone must purchase at least a Bronze package.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Refunds are no longer granted, but we will extend credit towards the 2018 event. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Is my registration/ticket transferable?
A: If you need to transfer your registration, the ORIGINAL PURCHASER must log into their Eventbrite account, select their tickets, and follow the links to edit attendee information.
Q: The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
A: The ORIGINAL PURCHASER must log into their Eventbrite account, select their tickets, and follow the links to edit attendee information.
Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A: No, but it will make the check in easier and less time consuming. You may also download your tickets onto your smart phone.
Q: Where do I purchase tickets?
A: Visit our Eventbrite page at https://tidalwaveparty.eventbrite.com.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Only Bronze packages are available and they are $60, which includes the entire weekend of pool parties. As of Tuesday, May 30, there will be a $10 surcharge.
Q: Are passes available at the door?
A: Bronze packages will be $70 at the door while they last.
Q: Do you sell individual day passes?
A: We do not sell individual day passes. Bronze packages are good for the entire weekend of pool parties. The Friday show is sold out!
Q: When and where may I pick up my tickets?
A: Your packages will be available for pick at the Holiday Inn beginning Thursday, 10am, at our table in the Vendor Fair. Vendor Fair Hours are: Thursday, 10am – 2am, Friday, 10am – 2am, Saturday, 2pm – 5pm, Saturday, 7pm – 10pm, Sunday, 10m – 2pm.
Q: If we’re going on the cruise, where and when do we register? When does the shuttle leave for Port Everglades?
A: For those of you continuing your journey on our cruise, registration materials will be distributed when you pick up your credentials at the will call table. The shuttle to Port Everglades will depart at 8:30am on Sunday. Please arrive at the front of the Holiday Inn no later than 8:00am so we can get your bags on board and you can get settled in for the trip.
Q: Are there any rooms available?
A: You may contact Joyce Manring at our overflow hotel, the Best Western, at 407-828-1966. If you are holding out for a room at the Holiday Inn, you may call Christina Peck at 407-828-8888, 2002 to be put on the wait list.
Q: What time can I check in to the Holiday Inn?
A: Check in time is 4pm on Thursday. Because Tidal Wave takes over the entire 325-room hotel on Thursday, there is a high rate of room turnovers at one time. Rooms MAY BE available before that, but please be understanding and patient as the Holiday Inn staff will be working as quickly as possible to make your rooms available.
Q: What time is check out on Sunday?
A: Check out time will be 11am.
Q: May we request late checkouts?
A: No, late checkouts will not be available because of the high rate of turnover. This includes IHG members!
Q: Will the hotel hold my luggage at check in and/or checkout?
A: Upon request, the hotel will arrange for baggage storage so you can get the party started or hold on to for safe keeping if your return flight isn’t until later in the day.
Q: Will the hotel provide poolside food/drink options?
A: For the ease and convenience of those of you having way too much fun at the pool parties, the Holiday Inn will be providing a poolside grill as well as the Palm Breezes Lounge and satellite bars on the patio. Take advantage of the tasty affordable options that will be available:

Q: May I bring my own food into the pool area?
A: No outside food is allowed into the pool/patio area.
Q: May I bring my own drink into the pool area?
A: The Holiday Inn will allow one drink per person, 30oz maximum! And no glass or coolers are allowed in the pool area.
Q: Is there a charge for parking:
A: An overnight parking charge of $12 for self-parking or $18 for valet will apply to all guests with vehicles. For those guests coming just for the day, there is a daily fee of $5 for day parking. If you are just coming in to register, there are a limited number of spots the Holiday Inn will keep available, but remember we have ALOT of folks who will need to register behind you! If you exceed the hour limit, you will be charged the $5 fee!
OTHER NOTABLE INFORMATION
Holiday Inn’s Palm Breezes Restaurant: On Friday, Saturday and Sunday the buffet breakfast, which features made-to-order omelettes and Mickey ears waffles, just for the kid in you, will be offered at a discounted price of $16.95. The buffet will be served from 7am to 11am daily.
Pool and pool deck hours: The pool will remain open until 4am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The pool and deck will open at 11am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please note that our exclusive hours end at 2pm on Sunday.
Come prepared: It may be Spring everywhere else in the country, but here in Orlando, it’s already Summer! The Holiday Inn pool is a wide open space with little shade during the day. Come prepared with your sunglasses, floppy hats and sunscreen, and most importantly, remember to stay hydrated!
